Now we have started, we have all our costing in, we have ascertained what we need to
do, we have our listed building consent, we have our drawings, we have our trades organised, we have our time line and we have our budget.

Do we need to stabilise the building in the ground? Or in the roof? Is it a full restoration? Are we thatching, or retiling your roof? Once we have these details underway we can get your property in the dry, and we can then work on every detail in a logical and ordered way. With onsite supervision each day there is never a need to not know what’s going on.

As the client you may wish for daily debriefings or weekly that’s up to you. The big secret is communication from us to you and vice versa - if we maintain this then all will be well.

We will take your project through all its various stages until completion. Whether its very small or large, your project is just as important. After all you’re its custodian for the future.

Lime plaster & rendering, Oak carpentry, Thatching, Roofing, Lime laid brickwork, Lime pointing and Lead work,

These are all ‘Old school’ traditional skills passed down or re-learnt. We employ on your behalf all of these various trades to complete your project. Please look at the film below for an overview of our work as well as our gallery. Whether it’s repairs to a wattle and daub wall, or oak frame repairs, small or large we can provide a quote for you.

Project management work can also be supplied as a standalone service. This would be charged on an hourly rate and you will receive detailed accounts of time and details of the service that has been provided.
